  • You set it per quote — a flat amount or a percentage. When the customer taps Accept they pay by card on the same page, through Stripe. It lands in your connected Stripe account and moves to your bank, typically within 2 working days. No deposit set? Accept works without payment.

  • Stripe's standard UK card fees apply to payments you take — that's between you and Stripe. Your subscription is the flat monthly price; QuoteBox doesn't take a cut of your jobs.

  • Pick Tradesman or Crew. There's no free tier — but nothing is held hostage: your quotes, customers and invoices stay readable and exportable either way.

  • Yep — the recogniser is tuned for site noise (drills, traffic, radios). And if it does mishear, you can swipe to correct any line in two taps before sending.

  • Every line is editable. Tap, type, done. You can also save corrections to your rate card so next time it gets it right first go.

  • No. They get a link in WhatsApp, SMS or email. Tap it, see the quote on warm cream paper, accept and pay with a card on the same page.

  • Standard, reduced, zero and exempt VAT. CIS deduction when you sub-contract. Numbers are correct on the quote, the invoice and any export.
